DELIVERY TIMES
We entrust your products to leading express couriers. Delivery times are approximate (usually 24/72h from shipment) and may vary for remote areas, islands, or due to force majeure (weather, strikes).
🛡️ PACKAGE INTEGRITY AND TRANSIT DAMAGE
We take the utmost care with packaging, using specific protections for collectors. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by incorrect handling by the courier during transport.
IMPORTANT UPON RECEIPT:
Upon delivery, if you notice that the package is wet, dented, or shows signs of tampering, you MUST ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION, specifying the reason on the courier's delivery note (e.g., "crushed package," "perforated package").
Without a signed reservation, we will not be able to file claims with the courier or proceed with any refunds or replacements for aesthetic damages due to transport.

Currently, we only ship within Italy.
