RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: new, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • TCG/Card Products: The protective film or factory seal must be intact.
  • Funko Pop: We do not accept returns for products removed from their box or with seals/tape removed.
  • Sealed Products: We are not responsible for internal manufacturing defects (e.g., off-center cards, minor paint defects on Funko Pop) as we are not the manufacturers. In these cases, if the product has been opened, a return is not possible.

2. REFUNDS

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will preferably be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer.

3. WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED

If the package shows obvious signs of tampering or transit damage:

  1. Always sign with a "RESERVE OF CONTROL" specifying the damage on the delivery note (e.g., "crushed package").
  2. If the damage is severe, refuse delivery: the package will be returned to us free of charge, and we will handle the claim.
  3. Unboxing video: For your protection, we request that you record a complete video of the package opening (unboxing). Without this video evidence, we reserve the right not to acknowledge damage due to transportation.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method: we are not responsible for loss or further damage during the return transit.

5. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders purchased at a discounted or promotional price cannot be cancelled. However, if the supplier's delay exceeds 30 days beyond the initial estimated date, you will be entitled to:

  • A purchase voucher of equal value, usable immediately.
  • Or a full refund of the amount paid.
