Returns and Refunds
• Funko Pop: The product and box must be in original condition.
• TCG (Cards): We only accept returns if the factory seal is intact. We do not accept returns for opened or tampered products.

Shipping
You will receive your tracking code via email as soon as the package is entrusted to the courier. Always check your "Spam" folder.
