SHIPPING AND COSTS
Shipping costs €8.00 for orders up to €89.00.
🚀 FREE SHIPPING for orders equal to or greater than €89.01.
At the moment, we only ship nationwide (Italy).
MIXED ORDERS (IN-STOCK + PRE-ORDER)
You can combine available products and pre-orders, but the order will be shipped in a SINGLE DELIVERY when all products are available. 💡 Tip: If you want to receive in-stock products immediately, place two separate orders.
PRE-ORDER MANAGEMENT (ETA)
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they reach our premises. Arrival dates are HYPOTHETICAL: these are estimates provided by distributors and may be subject to variations or delays beyond our control.
We take the utmost care in packaging, but we are not responsible for damage caused by the courier. IMPORTANT: If the package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must accept it with reservation, writing the reason on the delivery note. Without a reservation, we will not be able to open claims or process refunds for shipping damage.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be intact and, in the case of TCG (cards), with the factory seal intact.
Refund processing time: Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
The refund will preferably be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (Card/PayPal) or, alternatively, via bank transfer.
