WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products (Funko Pop!, TCG, Action Figures, etc.) with a future release date in advance. The estimated arrival date indicated on the product page is a best guess provided directly by official distributors.

Important Note: Release dates are TENTATIVE. Logistics or production delays from suppliers may cause the actual shipping date to vary. We commit to shipping as soon as the product reaches our warehouses.

CAN I COMBINE IN-STOCK PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS?

YES, but it's important to know that if you place a single order, shipping will occur in ONE SINGLE SHIPMENT once all products (including pre-orders) are available at our location.

💡 Tip: If you want to receive available products immediately, we suggest placing two separate orders.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As soon as the product arrives at our location, our team performs a quality check (essential for the integrity of Funko and TCG boxes) and proceeds with immediate shipment. You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

IS THE DELIVERY DATE GUARANTEED?

NO. As specified, the date is provided by third parties. In the world of collectibles, distribution delays are common. We at Collectibles Hunters constantly monitor the status of arrivals to guarantee delivery as quickly as possible.
